With the launch of Jack Of All Trades, we seek to encourage other independent studios and creatives to create content for this system. If you want to discuss any type of license other than this, please contact us, and if you do something with this license, let us know! We will be happy to see your work!

This license allows anyone to publish for free or sell products related to Jack Of All Trades. Adventures, Scenarios, Modules, Hacks, anything. You just have to follow the following rules:

CONTENT

  1. If you adhere to these terms you may post content free or commercial claiming compatibility with Jack Of All Trades without the express permission of NEVADA STUDIO. 
  2. Text from our books may not be reused or translated unless they have our express permission.
  3. Game mechanics and rules of Jack Of All Trades can be reused and referenced freely.

BRANDING

  1. Your product cannot use the logo of NEVADA STUDIO or JACK OF ALL TRADES without our express permission.
  2. You are allowed and encouraged (not required) to use the logo “Compatible with Jack Of All Trades” (available HERE)
  3. You are not allowed to give the impression that your content is in any way an official product of NEVADA STUDIO and officially published for Jack Of All Trades or that we sponsor or favor your content, unless we have made contact and special agreements or contracts with you.

LEGAL

  1. NEVADA STUDIO has no responsibility for any legal disputes against its product.
  2. Any legal dispute or controversy relating to this license will be discussed and debated in accordance with the laws of Brazil and must be settled by a Brazilian court.
  3. The following text must be included in the legal text, somewhere visible in the publication, and on the website or store where you promote your product:

“[PRODUCT NAME] is an independent production of [AUTHOR OR PUBLISHER] and is not affiliated with NEVADA STUDIO. It is published under the Jack Of All Trades Third Party Content License.”

Copyright text must be legible and included on the product and on the website or store where you seek to sell or distribute this product:

“Jack Of All Trades and the J.O.A.T. symbol is owned by Nícolas Barcelos and NEVADA STUDIO.”
